Leadership and Experience in Public Service

Over 35 years of Professional Experience
I am an Aerospace engineer, mathematician, and the Director of Technology & Innovation at the regional division of a major area aircraft company. Overseeing a municipality is complex, and we need experienced leaders.
Former Chair Delco Solid Waste Authority
Working with our bipartisan Board, we restored the Authority to sound fiscal health with a long term strategy for managing our county's municipal and commercial waste. We can do MORE! Ask me how.
Former School Board Vice President
I served on the Cheltenham School board for five years, helping them to fight against cruel efforts to defund public education and to rob citizens through unfair charter school fees. We rebuilt multiple schools cost-effectively and built new career-tech programs all while maintaining opportunities for teachers and students to achieve success.
A Community Leader and Alzheimer's Advocate
I am a former candidate for state representative in Delco. I have served as a community leader in a wide range of volunteer and public policy roles including sports program director and Little League head umpire. I mentor businesses in Chester City and underserved or marginalized communities.
I was an Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease caregiver for 4 years and served as a state and federal advocate for funding and policy support for patients and families devastated by this disease.
Strong Environmentalist
I currently coordinate the Delco Environmental Justice group fighting incineration in Chester, and I also manage internet communications for the Energy Justice Network that fights against incineration and environmental injustices nationwide.
Fighter for Democracy and Public Participation
I recently started OperationSunshine.Info that encourages citizens to use Sunshine laws in every state to engage elected officials at all levels on issues affecting themselves, their families, friends, and their community.
